For nearly eight months we worked side by side with Lola's marketing, sales, and engineering teams to redesign their site into a user-focused lead generation asset. On the cusp of raising their Series C funding, Lola reached out to ensure the site was redesigned to reflect their company, product, and culture. Shortly after project completion in 2019, Lola secured a $37M round led by General Catalyst and Accel Partners.

Problem

Lola’s current site was outdated, difficult to navigate and limited in its lead generation opportunities. This meant that as they went into the next round of raising money and ultimately moving into a high growth mode, they knew redesigning the site into a sales machine was vital to take the next step in the site's evolution in order to achieve both their short and long term lead gen objectives.

Solution

We took a close look at buyer behavior and lead profiles to design and develop a site that not only provided visitors with an understanding of Lola's product but more importantly facilitated the buyer’s journey. The redesign entailed a complete overhaul of the website and all pages, blogs, landing pages, and conversion elements. The finished product not only increased leads and conversions but also helped to elevate Lola's reputation as the #1 travel management app today.
